Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student who has been falsely implicated in connection with instant case and is also awaiting job. I have considered the enclosures to the revisional application and I find that the present case was initiated in the year 2012, more than 11 years have passed since the initiation of the present case. The sections under which the case was registered are all Magistrate triable offences. The case presently is pending before the jurisdictional court at Baruipur. I direct that in case the charge have not been framed, the learned trial court would frame the charges and in case the charges have been framed also, the learned trial court would take efforts for concluding the trial.

Having considered that 11 years have passed in the meantime, the learned trial court would take all efforts so that the trial is concluded by 31st December, 2024.

No unnecessary adjournments should be granted to either of the parties.

The learned Public Prosecutor appearing in this case would produce the materials, documents and exhibits on the dates fixed for examination of the witnesses concerned.

Learned trial court would be at liberty to seek assistance of any superior police officer in case witnesses are reluctant to appear on the dates so fixed.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2226 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
