The present revisional application was pending challenging the proceedings of Electronic Complex Police Station Case No.60 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Report has been submitted by Ms. Faria Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State. Let the same be kept with the record.

The complainant has informed the learned public prosecutor appearing for the State that he is ready and willing to accept if the flat is handed over to him.

However, on behalf of the petitioners, it is submitted that they would take one year time to make the flat ready for usage. If that be so, pendency of the revisional application before this Court at this stage is unwarranted. Petitioners are granted liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage. No interference is called for.

If the parties have different views regarding the matter, they are entitled to inform the Investigating Officer but the same should be completed within stipulated period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2227 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
