Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.10 submits that the Pradhan has recently been appointed and therefore, if a detailed representation is submitted by the petitioner, appropriate steps will be taken by the respondent No.10 to redress the grievance.

Hence, we dispose of the petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate detailed representation before the respondent No.10 and on receipt of such representation, the said respondent will duly look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps to redress the same.

Let this exercise of consideration of representation be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
