We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He was involved in the offence of attempting to murder the victim. Initially, he was enlarged on bail and misused his liberty. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
