The petitioner alleges inaction on the part of the police in taking steps in response to the complaint lodged by him.

In an earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner being WPA 24274 of 2023 this Court, vide order dated 24th April, 2024, directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South West Division to investigate the issue

further and to conclude the same expeditiously in accordance with law.

The report filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South West Division mentioned that the investigation of the case is almost complete and prima facie case has been established against the accused persons.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police, South West Division is directed to conclude the investigation in accordance with law at the earliest and submit the report before the Learned Trial Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
