...for Respondent no.6 (KMC) Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is 17.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.81 Rakib aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities no steps have been taken and the petitioner is suffering because of water and electricity disconnection. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Bhowanipore PS case no. 159 dated 26.06.2025 has been registered for investigation and concerned department of CESC and Kolkata Municipal Corporation have been informed for electricity as well as in respect of water supply.

Having regard to the steps taken by the police authorities, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Court already in seisin of the issue for ventilating further grievance.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14233 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
