Roji Khatoon Miss Minal Palana Miss Aafreen Perveen ... for the petitioners Affidavit-of-service filed is taken on record. The petitioner is granted liberty to pray before the learned Magistrate if there has been alteration of circumstances. Learned Magistrate would consider the said application as if the same is under Section 127 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Evidence be allowed to be adduced by the petitioner in support of such changes of circumstances. If there are any arrears, the learned Magistrate would fix five equal instalments for clearing of the said arrears. First of such arrears may be paid by 15.10.2023. In case, the first instalment is paid, warrant of arrest, if any issued, be stayed for a period of 30 days. Thereafter, if the second instalment is paid, the learned Magistrate would keep the warrant of arrest in abeyance for another 30 days and so on till the instalment is paid and the whole of the arrears are diluted. No further interference is required in the present revisional application.

With the above observations, CRR 2229 of 2023 alongwith CRAN 1 of 2023 stand disposed of.
