Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the disputes between the petitioner and the de facto complainant relate to transactions with regard to supply of eggs. According to the petitioner, a consignment supplied by the de facto complainant was returned on the ground that such eggs were rotten. The de facto complainant lodged a police complaint which involves civil disputes. The de facto complainant is seeking to falsely implicate the petitioner. State is represented.

The contention of the petitioner that there were commercial transaction between the petitioner and the de facto complainant cannot be overlooked. The existence of civil disputes cannot be overlooked also.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to grant transit anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of four weeks from date. The petitioner will pursue his legal remedies before the jurisdictional Court in the meantime.

CRM (A) 3282 of 2022 is disposed of.
