Petitioner complains that pursuant to the directions passed by this Court steps were taken by the police authorities, but the private respondents again inflicted injuries upon the petitioner.

Consequent to which Mahishadal PS Case No.

134/2025 dated 08.04.2025 was registered for investigation.

Police authorities have taken steps by drawing up proceedings under section 126 of the BNSS. However, having regard to the fact that the respondents happen to be repeat offenders, I direct that in case the respondents have been allowed to furnish bond for being released on bail and are pursuing their activities for which cases have been earlier registered - on an appropriate application by

the petitioner before the learned Magistrate, I direct that necessary directions be passed so that the private respondents may not be allowed to stay within the jurisdiction of Mahishadal Police Station. With the aforesaid observations WPA 14304 of 2025 is disposed of.
