1. Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 1st September, 2025 when Mr.

Amitabrata Roy, learned Government Pleader appears on behalf of State respondents and submits that in spite of all steps taken on behalf of the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE), Headmaster of Madhuban Goenka Vidyalaya (HS), Bankura (hereinafter referred to as "said school") motivationally till date has not taken initiative for reconstitution of the Managing Committee of said school as a result whereof administrative impasse is continuing;

which prevented the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura being respondent no. 5 from issuing approval memo in favour of the petitioner. For not according

approval in favour of the petitioner on his transfer, petitioner is not getting salary after joining the post of Assistant Teacher in said school on 5th March, 2025.

2. Due to failure on the part of the Headmaster of said school to reconstitute Managing Committee petitioner ought not to be suffered. There was no illegality in transferring the petitioner to said school with effect from 5th March, 2025 and as such District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura being respondent no. 5 is directed to issue necessary approval in favour of the petitioner on compliance of necessary formalities by seven days from date and release salary including arrear salaries by four weeks from date.

3. Writ petition stands disposed of.
