Report reflects that pursuant to the grievance expressed by the petitioner, Domjur Police Station drew up a proceeding under Section 107 CrPC against the private respondent.

Having considered that steps were taken by the police authorities and there has been no persuasion on behalf of the petitioner before this court, I am of the considered view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WP 13668(W) of 2018 is dismissed.

Pending any other applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
