The date of Malda Police Station Case No. 118 of 2020 be corrected as 16.02.2020 instead of 16.02.2018, as appearing in such order.

Let such correction be incorporated in the order dated September 27, 2021. Other portion of such order will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
