Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has substantially been addressed, since the WBSEDCL has, since 2013, been raising electricity bills regularly for the petitioner. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, it is, thus, seen that the scope of the dispute has become infructuous.

Accordingly, WPA 13307 of 2013 is disposed of with the expectation that WBSEDCL shall be raising bills regularly according to the consumption of electricity from the petitioner's meter.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
