Smt. Arati Bera, the Pradhan of Nilda Gram Panchayat, Paschim Medinipur, is present before the Court. Affidavit-ofcompliance is filed. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the order has been complied with.

Under such circumstances, the contempt proceeding is dropped, with a warning that henceforth the alleged contemnor shall be careful with regard to compliance of the orders of Courts. The rule is discharged.
