In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant case being CRR 1893 of 2017 gets abated and accordingly disposed of.

Consequently, the connected application being CRAN 4/2019(Old CRAN 3949/2019) is thus disposed of. 5.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
