The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious hearing of G.R. Case no. 2596 of 2021 arising out of Salboni Police Station Case No. 234 of 2021 dated 12.09.2021, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 498A/307/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 read with Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, presently pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur.

It appears that the proceeding in the present case is pending since 2021.

Accordingly, Ms.

Puspita Saha, learned advocate for the State along with the

learned Public Prosecutor are appointed to represent the present case on behalf of the State. Their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the proceedings in the present case preferably within one year from the date of this order.

The revisional application stands disposed of.
