Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the injury report of the victim. She submits that the de facto complainant suffered injury of fracture. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3284 of 2022 is dismissed.
