Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is in custody since August 19, 2017. According to him, since the trial commenced, further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the Medical report and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the materials in the case dairy, the medical report and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
