1. The matter is listed at the behest of the appellants for correction of a typographical mistake which has been crept up in the order dated 24.10.2025.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by a report submitted by the department that inadvertently in the cause title of the order dated 24.10.2025 the names of the appellants was written as "Debendra Nath Das & Ors." instead of "Smt. Rani Das & Ors".

3. This mistake is apparent. Let the correction be made accordingly.

4. The other portions of the order dated 24.10.2025 shall remain unaltered.

5. This order shall be made part of the order dated 24.10.2025.
