The review application along with C.A.N. 1 of 2022 and C.A.N. 2 of 2022 shall next be enlisted for hearing on December 16, 2022.

Affidavit-in-opposition with regard to C.A.N. 1 of 2022 and C.A.N. 2 of 2022 shall be filed by the opposite parties within December 02, 2022. Reply thereto, if any, shall be filed on the next returnable date with

advance copies to the learned Advocate for the opposite party.

For the ends of justice, although the application for condonation of delay is still pending, in order to save the review application from becoming infructuous prior to being heard, all further proceedings in Ejectment Suit No. 177 of 2007 is stayed till December 23, 2022 or until further order, whichever is earlier.
