Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the appellate authority concerned under the WBGST authority concerned, dated 19th April, 2023, dismissing the appeal of the petitioner, on the ground of inordinate delay of one year in filing the appeal. I have perused the aforesaid impugned order of the appellate authority containing detailed reasoning for dismissing the appeal in question and considering the same, I find no reason to interfere with the same, accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 14470 of 2023 is dismissed.
