It is submitted that they have been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered evidence on record. Statements of witnesses including the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioners in the offence of penetrative sexual assault on a minor.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
