It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that in the meantime, the permit, as well as ownership, of the subject-matter vehicle has been transferred in favour of the petitioner.

Since the relief sought by the petitioner in the writ petition has already been attained, there is no scope of continuing further with the matter.

The photocopies of the documents in support of the above submission, filed by learned counsel for the petitioner, be kept on record.

WPA 14643 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
