It is contended coaccuseds are on bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner had ravished a minor girl. Petitioner is a foreign national.

We have considered evidence on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in ravishing the minor victim. Materials on record also show that he is a foreign national. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
