Case No. 336 of 2020 dated 08.08.2020 under Sections 448/323/325/436/427/506/34 of the IPC pending before the learned ACJM, Ranaghat, Nadia.

1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. There is stated to be case and counter case between the parties over construction of a hump near the 'Puja Mondop' on the road. Charge-sheet in the case is stated to have been filed.

3. Regard being had to facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of allegation, nature of offence and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia within 15 days from today in G.R. Case arising out of aforesaid Santipur P.S. case No. 339 of 2020. On his appearance and application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is directed to act upon the server copy of this order, if required.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
