Heard learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the nature of relief asked for as appears from the prayer I am of the view that this writ petition is not entertainable.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 14481 of 2023 is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum, if permissible under the law.
