For the petitioners Having considered the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioners seeking expeditious disposal of succession case, on the ground of long pendency of such case, the court is of the view that no prior notice is necessary upon the opposite party, in view of the nature of the order proposed to be obtained in this case. Accordingly, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Since the case is posted at the stage of argument, learned court below is directed to hear out the argument of such succession case expeditiously providing sufficient opportunities of hearing to either of the parties to this case but without granting unnecessary adjournments, unless it is extremely unavoidable, so that logical conclusion of the case may be arrived at within March 2022.

Petitioners to make communication of this order to the opposite party/plaintiff and his advocate appearing in the

court below, apart from making independent communication of this order to the court below.
