1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to family dispute, the petitioner has been falsely implicated.

2. Learned counsel for the State in opposing the prayer has referred to the statement of the injured and the post mortem report.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence as transpired from the case diary, the statement of the injured and the post mortem report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
