In the cause title of the order "CRM 2464 of 2023" be read as "CRM (DB) 2464 of 2023".

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.

Petitioner submits interim bail was obtained suppressing the rejection of bail by this court.

As the impugned order is an interlocutory one, we give liberty to the petitioner to bring this fact to the notice of the trial court and in the event the petitioner does so, the trial court shall pass appropriate orders in the matter within a fortnight from the date on which the prayer for cancellation is filed before it. With this observation, application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
