It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner no narcotic substance was recovered from her possession.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner had entered into conspiracy with coaccuseds in dealing with narcotic substance. Weighing scale and silver foil i.e. accessories for sale of narcotics were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Her prayer for bail was rejected earlier. Date has been fixed for recording evidence.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses including contemporaneous document i.e. seizure memo disclose recovery of accessories and equipments for sale of narcotics. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier and date is fixed for recording evidence. In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstances and as the case has substantially progressed since last rejection of bail by this court, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
