1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued for time bound disposal of the application pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench. O.A. No. 1264 of 2018 was filed by the petitioner before the Tribunal and it is pending consideration.

2. We find no reason to pass any such direction. However, since the matter is pending since 2018 we only observe that it is expected that the Tribunal will proceed to consider the matter expeditiously and without granting undue adjournments.

3. The writ petition is dismissed.
