Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner do not intend the pursue the revisional application as she submits that the dispute and difference between the parties have been settled in connection with complaint case No.C 617 of 2015 which is a proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Having regard to the same, the revisional application being CRR 2235 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
