Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the ten years old victim girl recorded before the learned Magistrate, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
