The present revisional application has been preferred for allowing the petitioner to rectify the number of the cheque. I have perused the orders passed by the learned Magistrate as well as the revisional court/sessions court. Now, I find that at the time the demand notice was issued also, the number of the cheque is not appearing correctly. Having regard to the same, the very genesis of the case which creates the right of the accused, at least to reply to the notice cannot be overcome.

Having regard to the order passed by the learned Sessions Court in criminal revision no. CRR 12 of 2020, I am not inclined to interfere with the said order.

Accordingly, the present criminal revisional application being CRR 1926 of 2021 is dismissed.
