1. This matter has come at the instance of the appellants in CAN 4 of 2023 with CAN 5 of 2023 with CAN 6 of 2023 with CAN 7 of 2023 with CAN 8 of 2023 in MAT 873 of 2023 for correction of the order dated 4th September, 2023.

2. In paragraph 77 of the order dated 4th September, 2023, it has been inadvertently recorded that the applicants stand on the same footing as that of Priyanka Naskar and others, under whose favour the judgement was passed by the learned Single Judge. Factually, they are the successful candidates and by reason of the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge their service was terminated.

3. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 7th July, 2023, the application for addition of party is

allowed.

4. The applicants shall be added as respondents in the memorandum of appeal and in the cause papers within one week from date.

5. All other directions in the said order, however, shall remain unaltered.

6. Let this connection be incorporated in the order dated 4th September, 2023.

7. Server copy of the said order shall also be corrected accordingly.
