Ms. Amrita Tewari ... for the State - Respondent(s) The petitioner approached this court being aggrieved by the representation dated 22.05.2024 not being considered by the Officer-in-charge of Matia Police Station.

The petitioner's main grievance is that she is unable to enjoy the property because of interference at the behest of the private respondents.

I have considered the accusations made in the writ petition as also the documents which have been enclosed and, I find that a long standing land dispute is existing between the petitioner and the

private respondents.

Having regard to the same, I am of the view that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities, she would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law.

The jurisdictional Magistrate would assess as also ascertain the genuinity of the accusations, thereafter, pass necessary directions as he/she deems fit and proper.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Amrita Tewari, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to appear on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authority.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15474 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
