Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor victim. She has implicated the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
