Statutory bail was granted to opposite party No.2 in 2016. It is alleged investigation was not conducted in a proper manner and the petitioner had approached this Court by filing a writ petition. There is no allegation of misuse of liberty by opposite party no.2.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to cancel the bail.
