Mr. S. K. Humayan Reza ... for the petitioners The petitioners claim to be the law clerks of the respondent no. 8 being the Block Development Officer, Nalhati-I Development Block.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they are not being allowed to discharge their functions under The West Bengal Law Clerks Act, 1997. The writ petition does not contain any particulars. There are also no pleadings with any particulars with regard to the alleged disruption of the petitioners' duties. WPA 14681 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition with relevant particulars.
