Hamedul Begum None appears for the petitioner and the opposite party. Administrative notice was issued on the basis of order dated 16.3.2022. A report is placed before me by Registrar Administration (L & OM) stating therein that notice has been served to the petitioner Asdar Ali Mallick and further reported that opposite party, Hamedul Begum had died on 28.4.2022. Supporting documents have been filed. Let the report be taken on record.

The petitioner had filed this application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. praying for setting aside/quashing of Complaint Case No. 431C of 2014 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Bankura. Since the petitioner has not appeared after notice to him, his application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
