1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The previous application of anticipatory bail in respect of the present petitioner having already been rejected in CRM(A) of 2693 of 2022, filing of charge-sheet cannot be held to be a supervening circumstance warranting reconsideration of the self-same prayer.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 2512 of 2023 is dismissed.
