Ms. Sumita Shaw, learned State counsel led by Mr. Swapan Banerjee, learned counsel appearing for the State respondents submits an affidavit-report affirmed on August 5, 2024 and a status report of July, 2024, the same are taken on record.

The parties jointly submit that, the proceeding has been referred under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 before the learned L. A. Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

Learned jurisdictional L.A. Judge is requested to dispose of the proceeding strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 15484 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
