It is also submitted on behalf of the respondent/ECL that the settlement is recorded at paragraph 6 of the application being CAN 1 of 2024. The petitioner is represented and does not object to the submissions made on behalf of ECL. In view of the above, CAN 1 of 2024 as well as WPA 14509 of 2023 stand disposed of in view of the out of Court settlement by and between the parties. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
