Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. He submits that this is the second application for grant of bail.

He contends that there is hardly any change in circumstances warranting the Court to grant bail to the petitioner. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances since the order of rejection of the bail dated March 18, 2019, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6312 of 2021 is dismissed.
