Petitioner complains that she is an aged lady and in her property the private respondents are creating disturbances while cultivation is in progress. It has also been contented on behalf of the petitioner that she has approached the Executive Magistrate for necessary orders. In spite of the orders passed by the Executive Magistrate, there has been disturbance which has continued.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the property is undemarcated which is the genesis of all the problem. In view of the submissions advanced by the petitioner and State, I direct that the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no disturbance or breach of the peace is created at

the locale at the behest of either parties. Further, no untoward incident should result from the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15490 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. As no affidavits have been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition both against the private respondents and against the Staterespondents are deemed not to have been admitted. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
