Heard learned lawyer representing the petitioner Mr. Mandal as well as Mr. Chakraborty, learned lawyer representing the State.

We have perused the case diary. Strong incriminating materials, prima facie, are there against the present petitioner connecting him directly to the commission of the alleged crime. We have also perused the statement of the witnesses where strong incriminating elements are there against the present

petitioner. The alleged crime is a public in nature. Therefore, we are not inclined to allow the anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. No.6313 of 2021 is dismissed.
