Mr. Ajay Chaubey, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. Dastoor, learned Additional Solicitor General appears on behalf of the CBI and submits a report. Let photostat copy of the said report dated 10.09.2020 be kept with the record. The said report reflects that the case is at the stage of evidence.

The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 31.03.2012 wherein charges were framed by the learned Judge, C.B.I. Court (Special), Alipore, South 24Parganas. Having regard to the fact that proceedings as to evidence has already been progressing and the next date is fixed on 02.12.2021, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this advanced stage of the proceedings.

The petitioner will be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in this revisional application at the final stage of argument of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2087 of 2012 is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
