1. Due to death of the mother-in-law of the present petitioners and mourning period following such death, the petitioners could not appear before the jurisdictional court within the time stipulated in the order dated 27th June, 2024.

2. In view of the fact that we are satisfied that the petitioners are entitled to anticipatory bail and the death of the mother-in-law of the petitioners is not in dispute, we extend the time to appear before the jurisdictional court within one week from date without altering any other conditions.

3. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of with the aforesaid modification.

4. The report filed in Court is kept with the record.
