The revisional application was preferred against the order dated May 4, 2012 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia in connection with C.R. Case No.185 of 2012. Having regard to the fact that the learned Magistrate applied his mind and passed the order, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 2089 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
