It appears that the learned Magistrate in the Court below by an order dated June 8, 2021, fixed the next date of hearing on November 9, 2021, for recording the plea of the accused person. Needless to mentioned that in this pandemic situation, it is not expected that the learned Magistrate in the Court below will proceed with the case at a normal pace.

Keeping in the mind the innocuous nature of the prayer, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, to ensure that the plea is recorded without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Since this order will not prejudice the opposite party no. 2, the revisional application is disposed of without serving any notice to him.

The revisional application being C.R.R. 1923 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
